SaGa-Inspired DLC and Cross-Save Update Released for Vampire Survivors

Today marks a thrilling expansion for fans of Vampire Survivors with the release of the free DLC, Emerald Diorama. This update not only brings the largest content addition to the game so far but also introduces a fascinating crossover with Square Enix's iconic JRPG series, SaGa.

Emerald Diorama Infuses JRPG Elements into Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a new stage that mimics a mini world map, complete with world-hopping mechanics, giving players a fresh and immersive experience. Alongside this, players can explore over a dozen new characters ranging from puppeteers to cursed songsters, adding depth and variety to the gameplay.

With over 16 new weapons and a novel Glimmer system, players can now randomly acquire new skills during their runs, enhancing strategic possibilities. The update also includes nine new music tracks, enriching the auditory experience of the game.

To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players should navigate to Moongolow, interact with a new merchant, and purchase the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold. From there, the content can be unlocked progressively. Additionally, the DLC introduces character parties, allowing players to form and command their own mini squads.

Furthermore, the DLC adds two new Adventures, mini-campaigns with six chapters each. "To End an Ice Age" enriches the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" expands the new DLC's narrative.

Complementary Free Update: The Coop

Alongside the Emerald Diorama, the base game has received a free update titled The Coop, focusing on a chicken-themed adventure. A new character, Gazebo, joins the roster alongside a new weapon and a relic that accelerates gameplay.

Players can unlock numerous achievements and access Darkana, with the full potential of The Coop unlocked by collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens. A pro tip for players: refrain from killing any enemies for the first minute in The Coop to unlock the Gaze of Gaea, which can be evolved with Parm Aegis to unlock Gazebo.

Vampire Survivors, along with the free Emerald Diorama DLC and The Coop update, is available for download from the Google Play Store. The game now supports cross-platform saving, allowing you to continue your progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS.
