Niantic has unveiled the exciting details for Pokémon GO Fest 2025, along with two additional January events. Let's dive into the upcoming festivities!

Pokémon GO Fest 2025: A Global Celebration

The Pokémon GO Fest 2025 will be a three-day extravaganza taking place across three global cities in June 2025.

Here's the schedule:

• Osaka, Japan: May 29 - June 1
• Jersey City, New Jersey, USA: June 6 - June 8
• Paris, France: June 13 - June 15

More details will be released in March 2025. Remember, event dates are subject to change, but we'll keep you updated.

What to Expect:

Pokémon GO Fest offers exclusive items, unique gameplay, and incredible bonuses. In-person events provide even more immersive experiences with city-specific features, exclusive merchandise, habitat-themed activities, community hubs, and team lounges. Rare Pokémon, including Shiny variants, will make appearances, mirroring the excitement of previous years.

January Events: Fashion Week & Shadow Raid Day

Beyond the Pokémon GO Fest announcement, Niantic revealed two additional events for January 2025:

• Fashion Week: Taken Over: January 15th (12:00 pm) - January 19th (8:00 pm) local time. Catch Shadow Palkia, encounter the debuting Shroodle and Grafaiai (from 12km Eggs), and more! Look out for a fashionable Croagunk in snapshots!

• Shadow Raid Day (Ho-Oh): January 19th (2:00 pm - 5:00 pm) local time. Challenge Five-Star Shadow Raids for a chance to catch Shadow Ho-Oh. A $5 ticket unlocks eight Raid Passes, increased Rare Candy XL chances, 2x Stardust, 50% more XP from Raids, and a boosted Shiny Ho-Oh encounter rate. Lucky trainers can even teach their Shadow Ho-Oh the signature move, Sacred Fire!
