After months of swirling rumors and fan speculations, Bethesda has put an end to the suspense by confirming The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. On April 21, Bethesda took to Twitter (X) to announce a dedicated livestream for the official reveal of Oblivion Remastered.

Developed by Bethesda Game Studios and co-published by Bethesda Softworks and 2K Games, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion originally aimed to launch alongside the Xbox 360 in late 2005. However, due to unforeseen development delays, the Xbox 360 and PC versions made their debut in March 2006.
