Musk 'Leaks' Streamer's Private Messages After Gamer Exposure

Ilon Musk found himself at the center of controversy after being accused of using a "booster" service to elevate a character in Path of Exile 2 to an impressive level 97. The allegations surfaced following a detailed 32-minute video by popular streamer Asmongold, who delved into the rumors suggesting Musk might have either purchased a high-level character or employed someone to level it up in-game. Asmongold highlighted the significant time commitment required to reach level 97, sparking questions about how Musk could manage such a feat alongside his responsibilities at SpaceX, Tesla, and X.

Further fueling the debate, players noted that during Musk's streaming sessions, his lack of gameplay knowledge seemed inconsistent with someone who had supposedly leveled a character from zero to 97. This discrepancy was not lost on Musk, who responded to Asmongold's video with a quip about needing to "coordinate with the boss." He also took a jab at Asmongold, suggesting that the streamer consults with a team of editors before releasing content on the X network.

Asmongold quickly clarified that he does not have a boss, and any editors he works with are part of his team, hired to assist in content production. This arrangement, he pointed out, is standard among YouTube and Twitch creators, allowing them to concentrate on content creation without the burden of editing. Asmongold emphasized that Musk's remarks only underscored a lack of understanding about the behind-the-scenes processes of content creation.
