MK Mobile Marks 10th Anniversary with Geras and Skarlet

Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating its monumental 10th anniversary with a colossal update that promises to bring a wealth of new content and exciting events to its fans. Since its debut in 2015, the game has amassed nearly 230 million downloads and has grown to feature an impressive roster of over 175 fighters spanning the entire history of the iconic franchise.

To mark this significant milestone, Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios are rolling out an array of new additions, including two fresh fighters, a revamped game mode, and daily rewards for players. On March 25th, MK1 Geras and Klassic Skarlet will make their debut in the game.

MK1 Geras, a steadfast guardian of Liu Kang’s New Era, harnesses the power of time and sand to defend his allies. His unique Sands of Time passive ability not only mitigates incoming damage but also heals his team. His Fatal Blow, Colliding Worlds, is a spectacle as he drags foes through a time portal to deliver a crushing double hit.

Klassic Skarlet, inspired by her Mortal Kombat 11 incarnation, is a formidable blood mage whose power escalates with each engagement. Her abilities siphon the life force from her opponents, weakening them while simultaneously boosting her own attacks.

Both new fighters will be prominently featured in the exclusive 10-Year Anniversary Kombat Pass. The Premium Pass will unlock a Diamond MK1 Geras, while the Premium+ Pass will offer early access to a Gold Klassic Skarlet alongside MK1 Geras.

From April 1st to 10th, a special login event will be held, allowing players to claim fan-favorite characters like MK11 Scorpion, Thundergod Raiden, and Fire God Liu Kang for free each day. It's an opportunity you won't want to miss.

The gameplay is also set to receive a major overhaul as Faction Wars transforms into Realm Klash, introducing new challenges and rewards starting March 26th.
