The latest season of Marvel Snap has arrived, and it's all about embracing legacy. Sam Wilson takes center stage as the new Captain America, introducing fresh mechanics that will redefine your gameplay experience. Alongside him, characters like Diamondback and Thaddeus Ross bring new strategic depths, making this month's lineup one to dive into.

Sam Wilson's transition from Falcon to Captain America is beautifully captured in this season's Season Pass. His card ability adds Cap's Shield to a random location at the start of each match. This Shield can be moved across the board and, while indestructible, it boosts Sam's power by +2 whenever it lands at his location.

Throughout February, Marvel Snap is set to expand its roster with exciting new additions. Joaquín Torres will make his debut on February 4th, followed by Iron Patriot and Thaddeus Ross on February 11th. Redwing will join the fray on the 18th, and Diamondback will wrap up the month on February 25th. These Series 5 cards will be available through the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache, offering multiple opportunities to add them to your collection.

This season also introduces two new locations to Marvel Snap. The Smithsonian Museum enhances Ongoing abilities by granting an extra +1 Power per card, while Madripoor amplifies the highest-cost cards at its location by +2 Power after each turn. The Viktor Farro album, launching on February 4th, includes a Darkhawk variant and collector's tokens.
