Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1

Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! Launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls introduces the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, alongside new maps, a fresh game mode, and a new battle pass.

A recent gameplay video showcases Invisible Woman's abilities. She's a Strategist class character, capable of dealing damage while simultaneously healing allies. Her kit includes a knockback for close-range enemies, invisibility, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting ranged attacks.

Mister Fantastic also makes his debut in Season 1, revealed in a separate gameplay trailer. He appears to blend Duelist and Vanguard styles, boasting higher health than typical DPS characters, and utilizing stretching attacks and a defensive buff.

While Human Torch and The Thing will join the fray later in Season 1—in a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch—the season's main antagonist will be Dracula. The absence of Blade, despite data leaks suggesting his presence in the game files, is a slight disappointment for some fans.

Despite this, the addition of Invisible Woman, Mister Fantastic, new maps, a new game mode, and the promise of more Fantastic Four members later in the season has generated considerable excitement within the Marvel Rivals community.
