"Lost Records: Bloom and Rage Launches - From Life is Strange Creators"

The renowned French studio Don't Nod, creators of the acclaimed Life is Strange series, has just unveiled the first chapter of their latest narrative-driven adventure. Dive into the enigmatic world of Tape 1 now, with Tape 2 set to be available at no additional cost to all purchasers on April 15.

First announced in 2023, this game weaves a compelling narrative around a group of friends who were mysteriously separated during the summer of 1995. Fast forward 27 years, and the specters of that fateful summer resurface, unleashing unforeseen and chilling consequences on the group.

Taking cues from iconic works like It, Yellowjackets, and I Know What You Did Last Summer, the game skillfully merges nostalgia with the intense atmosphere of a psychological thriller. Don't Nod has opted to release the story in two distinct segments: Bloom and Rage. As of February 18, players can immerse themselves in the first half of this captivating tale.

The eagerly awaited second part, dubbed "The Tape," is scheduled for release on April 15. Initially planned for a March debut, the delay aims to deliver a more refined and immersive experience for gamers.

With the review embargo now lifted, OpenCritic has aggregated an average score of 74/100 from critics, indicating a promising beginning for this intriguing mystery.
