Legendary Pokémon Joins Might and Mastery Event in Pokémon GO

Get ready for some intense martial arts action in the next season of Pokémon GO with the Might and Mastery event, kicking off on March 4th, 2025, and running until June 3rd, 2025. This season promises to be packed with exciting new features, including the introduction of a new Pokémon and a legendary debut.

Who’s the Might and Mastery in Pokémon GO?

The star of the Might and Mastery event is Kubfu, the adorable Fighting-type powerhouse, ready to train alongside you. Throughout the event, you'll have the chance to evolve Kubfu into one of its two powerful Urshifu forms: Single Strike Style or Rapid Strike Style. But that's not all—this season also introduces Dynamax, allowing some Pokémon to grow to kaiju-sized proportions during battles. Imagine witnessing Kubfu flexing its muscles in a truly massive way!

Your adventure begins with the Might and Mastery Special Research, which you can claim starting March 5th at 10:00 a.m. and will be available until June 3rd at 9:59 a.m. This research will unlock in stages throughout the season, so keep an eye on your research tab to make sure you don't miss out on any exciting rewards.

The Powerful Potential event, running from March 5th to March 10th, marks Kubfu's grand debut in Pokémon GO. This little warrior cannot be traded, sent to the professor, or transferred to Pokémon HOME, making it a unique addition to your team.

Participate in Epic Battles

From March 8th at 6:00 a.m. to March 9th at 9:00 p.m., get ready for Max Battles as Power Spots refresh more frequently. One-Star Max Battles will feature Dynamax Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble, while Six-Star Max Battles will bring out Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. Additionally, you can challenge Gothita, Solosis, and Sinistea in One-Star Raids, and face off against Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Sableye in Three-Star Raids.

If you're already a Pokémon GO player, the Might and Mastery event is definitely worth exploring. And if you haven't yet joined the fun, you can easily download the game from the Google Play Store and dive into this thrilling new season.
