Of course, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes isn’t allowed to proceed without issues. When the sword that’s supposed to be Lord Semine’s gift goes missing, you’re tasked with finding it. Here’s where to find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as a gift for Lord Semine, has gone missing. He mentions seeing an unfamiliar man wearing yellow earlier, which gives you your first clue. Your task is to find this man in yellow.

You can approach and question anyone wearing yellow about the sword, though most will deny any involvement. However, some will mention seeing a man in yellow heading upstairs in the stable. Upon investigating the upper level of the stable, you'll find Hans attempting to charm a woman.

Screenshot by The Escapist Hans, clad in yellow, isn't the thief but saw Svatya, the bailiff’s son and the bride's brother, take the sword. When asked about Svatya's motives or the sword's whereabouts, Hans advises you to confront Svatya directly as he didn't follow him after the theft.

Confronting Svatya

Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and head towards the tree where musicians are playing for the wedding guests. Svatya is right next to the musicians, drinking by the stable wall, and visibly carrying a sword.

However, Svatya has already disposed of Lord Semine's gift. He confesses to stealing it to embarrass Old Semine, believing it would make him appear forgetful. Unfortunately, he didn't consider the repercussions or his father's inability to shield him from theft charges.

Svatya reveals he tossed the sword into the pond, lacking time to hide it properly. If you danced with Myshka, she led you to the pond. Otherwise, locate Radovan and find the pond directly behind him through a door in the fence.

Getting the Sword

Screenshot by The Escapist Upon reaching the pond, a few steps forward will reveal the sword in the water. Retrieve it, and the objective shifts to returning it to Radovan. You can choose to reveal Svatya as the thief or focus on the fact that the sword has been recovered.

Once you return Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to Radovan, the wedding ceremony can begin. Ensure any pre-wedding tasks are completed before speaking with Radovan, then celebrate with the newlyweds and proceed to the next main quest.
