According to a report by the Polish Press Agency on April 3, Movie Games S.A. claims that Schedule I may have infringed on their intellectual property by replicating plot elements, game mechanics, and even the user interface of their Drug Dealer Simulator games.

Despite the ongoing legal analysis and no official outcomes yet, the gaming community has taken sides, predominantly supporting Schedule I.
