MyNISSAN® allows you to remotely operate your car from your smartphone.*

The MyNISSAN App is crafted to enhance your vehicle usage and overall ownership experience. It delivers remote access, security, personalization, vehicle information, maintenance, and convenience features from your Nissan directly to your compatible Android phone or Wear OS.

The MyNISSAN App is available to all Nissan owners, with an optimized experience for 2014 and newer vehicles. The full MyNISSAN experience is offered to owners with an active NissanConnect® Services Premium package on eligible 2018 and later models.* For a complete list of features for your specific vehicle, visit owners.nissanusa.com.

All Nissan owners and vehicles can access the following MyNISSAN features:

• Manage your Nissan account and preferences

• Schedule service appointments with your preferred dealer****

• Get notifications for relevant vehicle recalls or service campaigns

• View your vehicle’s service history and maintenance schedule

• Connect to Roadside Assistance

With a compatible vehicle, you can:

• Remotely start and stop your engine**, lock and unlock doors, and trigger the horn and lights

• Search for, save, and send points of interest to your vehicle

• Check vehicle status (doors, engine, mileage, remaining fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes)

• Locate your vehicle

• Monitor your car with customizable boundary, speed, and curfew alerts***

Vehicle trims with Google built-in** provide additional features, including:

• Remote climate control adjustment

• Remote engine start

• Get alerts if you’ve left your vehicle with unlocked doors, open windows, and more

• Connect with your auto repair shop for real-time updates

• Simplify your trips with data-driven route planning

• Receive early notifications for upcoming vehicle maintenance

• Add up to four additional drivers to one Nissan ID account

*The NissanConnect Services telematics program was impacted by AT&T’s decision to shut down its 3G cellular network. As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles with telematics hardware compatible only with the 3G network can no longer connect and access NissanConnect Services features. Customers who bought a Nissan vehicle with this hardware had to enroll in NissanConnect Services before June 1, 2021, to activate and retain service access through February 22, 2022 (subject to cellular network availability and coverage limits).
