- The SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires Bluetooth to be turned on. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy, which has only a minimal impact on battery life.
- The Smart Tyre Bike & Car app requires location services to be enabled. It does not use GPS but utilizes Bluetooth LE to locate the sensors.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can reduce battery life. Smart Tyre Car & Bike does not run GPS in the background unless you grant permission for optional features that require it.
