Hez2: A Popular Moroccan Card Game
Hez2 is a classic Moroccan card game perfect for family fun. This turn-based game supports up to four players (one, two, or three players are also possible). The goal is to be the first to get rid of all your cards.
Gameplay involves matching the color/suit or number/rank of the previously played card. If a player has no matching card, they must draw a card from the deck. Even with a playable card, a player may choose to draw instead.
Special Cards:

2: When a 2 is played, the next player must draw two cards. If they also have a 2, they can choose to play it (forcing the next player to draw four), or draw two cards and hold onto their 2. This continues until a player without a 2 draws the cumulative number of cards.

7: The player who plays a 7 can change the required suit/color for the next card played.

10: The player must play another card immediately. If the 10 is their last card, they must draw a card.

12: (3 or 4 players only) The next player is skipped when a 12 is played.
The game ends when a player plays their last card (with special rules applying if the last card is a 2 or 10), and that player is declared the winner.
Hez2 uses a 40-card deck with four suits:
- 10 Copas (Tbaye9)
- 10 Espadas (Syouf)
- 10 Oros (D'hab)
- 10 Bastos (Zrawéte)
Each suit contains cards numbered 1-7 and 10-12.
