La révélation de Nintendo Switch 2 a présenté un mode de "souris" potentiel pour les joys-Cons. Une section de la remorque représente des joys-constectes de joys placés sur une surface, se connectant à ce qui semble être des connecteurs à fond plat et se déplaçant comme une souris sur un souris. Un tampon de curseur possible est visible sur un connecteur, soutenant cette théorie.
