Seit einiger Zeit haben Tekken -Fans eine Reise nach Waffle House, nicht im wirklichen Leben, sondern im Spiel selbst nachgeschraubt. Während der Regisseur von Tekken 8, Katsuhiro Harada, an der Idee interessiert zu sein scheint, gab es noch keine offizielle Antwort von Waffle House.

Auf X/Twitter reagierte Harada auf Fans, die immer noch eifrig eine Waffelhausphase in Tekken 8 anfordern. Diese Nachfrage hat erhebliche Anträge erlangt, zumal Harada Interesse daran gezeigt hat, die Möglichkeit weiter zu untersuchen.

Harada erklärte, dass er die Anfragen der Fans "vollständig versteht" und die Idee aktiv in Betracht gezogen habe. Tatsächlich hat er bereits Schritte unternommen, um dies zu erreichen. Harada bemerkte, dass das Empfangen von "NO -Antwort" ein seltenes Ereignis ist. Er erwähnte auch, dass wenn die Verwendung eines anderen Namens oder eines anderen Formats akzeptabel ist, solange "die Kernbotschaft aufrechterhalten wird", er bereit wäre, diese Idee erneut zu überdenken und diese Idee erneut zu erkunden.

Es scheint, dass Kazuya und Jin ihre familiären Unterschiede nicht in Kürze unter dem gelben Schein eines Waffelhausschilds bei sich machen werden.
