Sony's Participation in 2024 Tokyo Games Show is Their First Appearance Since 2019Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) ist zurück in der Hauptausstellungshalle der Tokyo Game Show 2024 und markiert damit seinen ersten großen Auftritt seit vier Jahren. Die offizielle Ausstellerliste bestätigt die Präsenz von SIE unter 731 Unternehmen mit 3190 Ständen in den Hallen 1–8. Während Sony an der TGS 2023 teilnahm, beschränkte sich seine Präsenz auf den Indie-Game-Demo-Bereich. In diesem Jahr nimmt Sony zusammen mit großen Verlagen wie Capcom und Konami an der Hauptausstellung teil.

September zur Makuhari Messe zurück. Die Veranstaltung im Jahr 2024 entwickelt sich mit 731 Ausstellern (448 japanische und 283 internationale) und 3190 Ständen (Stand 4. Juli) zur bisher größten Veranstaltung.

Internationale Teilnehmer können ab dem 25. Juli, 12:00 Uhr JST, öffentliche Tageskarten erwerben. Zu den Optionen gehören eine Tageskarte für 3.000 JPY oder ein Supporters Club-Ticket für 6.000 JPY, das ein spezielles T-Shirt, einen Aufkleber und bevorzugten Einlass beinhaltet.
