Derzeit wird P5X nur in bestimmten Regionen veröffentlicht, darunter China, Taiwan, Hongkong, Macau und Südkorea. Am 12. Juli 2024 bestätigten Atlus, Sega und Perfect World bei einer Offline-Veranstaltung in Shanghai Pläne für eine umfassendere Veröffentlichung.
