Fun Dog Studios hat gerade ein aufregendes Major-Update mit dem Titel "The Deccent to Averno Is Leichte" für ihr mit Spannung erwartete Extraktionsüberwendung, The Forever Winter , der derzeit in seiner frühen Zugangsphase befindet, eingeführt. Dieses Update bringt eine Welle signifikanter Änderungen in der Kernmechanik des Spiels und verspricht, das Gameplay zu vertiefen und das Gesamterlebnis des Spielers zu verbessern.

Eine herausragende Funktion dieses Updates ist das überarbeitete Wassersystem. Der Kampf im Forever Winter wurde erheblich verfeinert. Es wurden Anpassungen an Rückstoß, Genauigkeit, Waffenschwankungen und Handhabung vorgenommen, begleitet von verbesserten Zielmechanik, Nachladen von Animationen und einer besseren Balance für Schrotflinten. Diese Verbesserungen werden derzeit auf eine Auswahl von Waffen angewendet, wobei Pläne zur Erweiterung dieser Verbesserungen im gesamten Arsenal in den kommenden Patches erweitert werden sollen.

Das Update bringt auch realistischere feindliche KI mit verbesserten Erkennungsindikatoren, die den Spielern ein klareres Feedback zu ihrer Sichtbarkeit zu Feinden geben. Feinde reagieren jetzt intelligenter auf ihre Umgebungen und Kampfsituationen und sorgen für anspruchsvollere und immersive Begegnungen. Darüber hinaus wurde das Spawn -System überarbeitet, um zu verhindern, dass Feinde direkt vor oder hinter den Spielern laichen, was ein gerechteres Gameplay fördert.

Um dem Gameplay mehr Abwechslung zu verleihen, hat Fun Dog Studios die Karte "Treppenway to Heaven" und einen erschreckenden Nachtmodus für den "Frozen Swamp" -Bereich eingeführt, der horrorinspirierte Elemente in die Atmosphäre des Spiels injiziert.
