Blob Attack: Tower Defense jetzt für iOS verfügbar

Blob Attack: Tower Defense ist jetzt im iOS App Store verfügbar! Dies ist ein einfaches Tower-Defense-Spiel, bei dem sich die Spieler gegen Schleimwellen verteidigen müssen. Sammle Power-Ups, schalte neue Waffen frei und mehr.

Manchmal ist es gut, ein paar einfache Spiele zu spielen. Es sind keine großartigen Spezialeffekte oder ein neuartiges Gameplay erforderlich, sondern nur ein unkompliziertes Werk dieser Art. Und im Guten wie im Schlechten ist der heutige Protagonist „Blob Attack: Tower Defense“ genau ein solches Spiel. Das Spiel wurde vom unabhängigen Entwickler Stanislav Buchkov entwickelt, also schauen wir uns an, was es zu bieten hat.

Es gibt nichts Besonderes an diesem Einzelspieler-Spiel, das jetzt im iOS App Store erhältlich ist und in dem die Spieler alles tun, was man von dieser Art von Spiel erwartet: Verteidigungstürme bauen, Energie sammeln und neue, stärkere Waffen freischalten Feinde.

In diesem Fall handelt es sich bei den Feinden um die scheinbar beliebten Schleimbälle, die Abenteurer in Dragon Quest geplagt haben und die immer mehr zu einem Markenzeichen des Fantasy-Genres werden. Aber jede dunkle Wolke hat einen Silberstreif am Horizont und natürlich auch umgekehrt.

Der Kunststil fehlt etwas

Ich denke, das Einzige, was mir an Blob Attack wirklich aufgefallen ist, war leider die Verwendung von KI-generierten Assets auf der App-Store-Seite (und ich gehe davon aus). Es ist eine Schande, denn obwohl Blob Attack einfach aussieht, bedeutet das nicht unbedingt, dass es schlecht ist, aber der Kunststil hält mich davon ab, es auszuprobieren, obwohl es einen Versuch wert sein könnte.

Wenn man sich die anderen Werke des Entwicklers im App Store ansieht, wird klar, dass dies ein durchgehendes Problem ist, was schade ist, denn ihre anderen Werke, wie zum Beispiel Dungeon Craft (ein RPG im Pixel-Stil), wären besser dran, wenn man sie loswird Der Stil der KI-generierten Materialien könnte besser sein.
