This video can be quickly and easily shared from the app with insurers or vehicle owners for approval. During recording, assessors can tap the screen to mark and capture still images of key areas without pausing the video. After finishing the video, there is an option to take high-resolution photos, which are automatically linked to the same recording. The app lets users enter recipient details to notify them via email or SMS with a short, mobile-friendly web link. Recipients can then review and approve the work on the spot, saving time and costs. CitNOW Bodyshop accelerates the approval workflow, boosts profitability through retail upselling, and creates a clear condition assessment record. It is approved by major insurers, including Admiral and Aviva.
